* Arriving over 10 minutes late may result in a late fee, shortened service, rescheduling, or cancellation.
* If canceled due to lateness, your deposit is forfeited.

CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

* Please give 2448 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
* Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit.
* Repeated cancellations or no-shows may affect future booking eligibility.
